From operational management in IT to strategic coaching of leaders.
My journey into the profession began not with theory, but with the real sector. Over 10+ years in IT, I went from entry-level positions to operational manager. My portfolio includes developing a unique ERP system for Toyota Ukraine and launching an information system for regions of Ukraine with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
As a certified Agile Coach, I helped organizations implement flexibility at the process level. But practice has shown: any systemic transformation starts with a person. That's why I focus on personal and corporate coaching for those who manage change.

I am an active member of the Ukrainian ICF chapter, a member of the membership committee of the Ukrainian chapter, an active ICF volunteer, and a participant in projects aimed at developing and promoting coaching in Ukraine.
